    Ingredients

    • 1  box Betty Crocker® cinnamon streusel muffin mix
    • 1/3  cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/2  cup water
    • 1/3  cup vegetable oil
    • 2  eggs

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 375°F. Grease or spray bottom of 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    2. 2In medium bowl, stir Muffin Mix, Streusel (reserve 1/3 cup for topping), flour, water, oil and eggs until blended. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle with reserved streusel.
    3. 3Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Run knife around edges of pan; carefully remove bread from pan. Cool completely.
