Tips

Experiment with gourmet vinegars. You may like to try white wine vinegar, champagne vinegar, balsamic vinegar or a homemade herb vinegar to give this mustard a flavor twist.

Package this mustard in a pretty glass jar and top with fabric or craft paper and ribbon. Tie a wooden ornament or spreader around rim of jar. You won't wait long before the telephone rings and a big thank-you resounds from the other end!
