Designed for two, especially for you, this salad is a delightful fruit and veggie combo.

Ingredients

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

teaspoon grated orange peel
1
tablespoon orange juice
1/4
teaspoon salt

cup cooked medium pasta shells

large radishes, sliced

orange, peeled, seeded and sectioned

box (9 oz) Frozen Broccoli Cuts, thawed and drained

Directions

  • 1 Mix mayonnaise, orange peel, orange juice and salt in 2-quart bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 2 Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour until chilled.
Tips  

Slash fat by using fat-free mayonnaise instead of the real stuff.

Add chopped cooked ham, chicken or tuna for a meat-lover’s salad.
