Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (1 cup) strong, hot brewed coffee
  • 1 1/2 ounces Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's™)
  • 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
  • Whipped cream

Steps

  • 1
Pour hot coffee into a clear coffee cup (preferably slender Irish coffee cup style, but any cup will really do).
  • 2
Add Irish Cream and Irish whiskey. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.

Expert Tips

  • tip 1
Omit the Irish Cream, add 2 teaspoons sugar, and double the whiskey amount. This produces a coffee-colored (rather than creamy) drink.
