  • 2  (6-oz.) pkg. Martha White® Mexican Cornbread Mix
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 1/2  cup milk
  • 4  oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2  tablespoons finely chopped jalapeño chiles
  • 1  (8.5-oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1  (4.5-oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch square pan. In large bowl, combine cornbread mix, sour cream and milk; blend well. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into greased pan.

  2. Bake at 400°F. for 38 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
