    Ingredients

    • 2 Pounds Chicken Wings
    • 3 Cups Gold Medal Flour
    • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
    • 1 Tablespoon Ground Pepper
    • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
    • 1 12 ounce bottle Cola (sauce)
    • 1/2 Cup Ketchup (sauce)
    • 1/4 Cup Hot Sauce, Franks (sauce)
    • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire (sauce)
    • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (sauce)
    • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper (sauce)
    • 1 Quart Peanut or Canola oil, for frying

    Directions

    1. 1Add sauce ingredients to medium saucepan and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
    2. 2Simmer sauce, stirring occasionally, until it's thick, about 30-40 minutes.
    3. 3Set sauce aside while you prepare wings.
    4. 4Cut wings into drumsticks and ends if they aren't already. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
    5. 5In a sturdy large pot or wok, heat oil to 350 degrees.
    6. 6Add wings to flour and toss them until they are lightly coated.
    7. 7Working in batches, fry wings at 350 degrees until they are golden brown and cooked through, 10-12 minutes.
    8. 8Drain wings on a few paper towels and then toss wings in cola sauce.
    9. 9Serve as soon as possible with ranch dressing or blue cheese!
