Enjoy this delicious parfait layered with Yoplait® Greek 100 coconut yogurt, mango and granola bar pieces--a taste of the tropics ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

2
containers (5.3 oz each) Yoplait® Greek 100 protein coconut yogurt
1
cup cut-up fresh or frozen (thawed) mango

Nature Valley™ oats 'n honey crunchy granola bars (2 pouches from 8.9-oz box), broken into pieces
2
tablespoons unsweetened flaked coconut, toasted

Directions

  • 1 Divide 1 container yogurt between 2 (8-oz) parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top each with 1/4 cup of the mango and 1 broken granola bar.
  • 2 Repeat with remaining yogurt, mango and granola bars. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon coconut over each parfait. Serve immediately.

Tips  

For the best flavor and color, choose ripe mangoes; look for skins that are yellow with blushes of red. To save time, look for precut fresh mango or refrigerated jarred mango in the produce section of your favorite grocery store.

To toast coconut, heat in ungreased heavy skillet over medium-low heat 6 to 14 minutes, stirring frequently until browning begins, then stirring constantly until golden brown.
