    Ingredients

    • 1  can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
    • 1  cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
    • 1/4  cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
    • 1/4  cup fat-free sour cream
    • 10  fat-free flour tortillas (6 to 8 inches in diameter)
    • 30  fresh spinach leaves
    • 10  slices fully cooked fat-free ham

    Directions

    1. 1Mix corn, cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream.
    2. 2Top each tortilla with 3 spinach leaves and 1 slice ham. Spread each ham slice with 2 tablespoons of the corn mixture.
    3. 3Roll tortillas around filling. Serve immediately, or wrap individually and refrigerate.
