Ingredients

  • l cup frozen (thawed)corn or canned (drained) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2  tablespoon sliced green onions
  • l tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2  teaspoons chopped fresh basil or l/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • l/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • l large tomato, seeded and chopped (about l cup)
  • l medium bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • l clove garlic, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
