A fun way to eat your veggies! These easy-to-make pinwheels can be a fun after school activity and snack your whole family will enjoy!

Ingredients

can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1
package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
2/3
cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2
cup frozen corn, thawed, drained
1/3
cup crisply cooked, crumbled bacon (about 4 slices)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • 2 If using dough sheet, unroll dough. If using crescent rolls, unroll dough; firmly press perforations to seal.
  • 3 Spread cream cheese over rectangle; sprinkle with cheese, corn and bacon.
  • 4 Starting with long side, roll up rectangle; press edge to seal. With serrated knife, cut roll into 12 slices, about 1 inch each; place cut side down on cookie sheet.
  • 5 Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Tips  

After baking, insert a wooden stick into each pinwheel.

These cheesy, corny pinwheels are a great snack on their own, or a perfect side to soup or chili.
