Quick enough to make after work, this pizza boasts hearty flavor kidnapped from sloppy joe sandwich sauce.

Ingredients

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust
1
lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1
can (15.5 oz) sloppy joe sandwich sauce
1
cup frozen corn (from 12 oz bag)
1 1/2
cups Colby-Monterey Jack shredded cheese blend

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400° F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in sandwich sauce and corn. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 3 Bake an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
