Ingredients

  • 1  package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4  cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4  medium green onions, thinly sliced ( 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4  cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2  teaspoons sugar
  • 1  teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1  clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat from cooked crab legs
  • 1/3  cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • Assorted crackers or raw vegetables, if desired

Directions

  1. Remove cooked crab meat from shell. Spray inside of 1- to 2 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except crab meat, almonds and crackers in small bowl until well blended. Stir in crab meat. Spoon into slow cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve warm with crackers. Dip will hold up to 3 hours.
