Two steps and 10 minutes is all you need to toss this cheesy crab and vegetable salad - perfect for dinner.

Ingredients

cup (about 6 oz.) chopped imitation crabmeat (surimi)

cup chopped green onions

teaspoon Dijon mustard

leaf lettuce leaves

medium tomato, cut into wedges

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, combine imitation crabmeat, onions, celery, garlic powder, pepper, cottage cheese, sour cream and mustard; mix well.
  • 2 Line 2 individual salad plates with lettuce. Spoon salad onto lettuce. Garnish with tomato wedges.
