    Ingredients

    • 1 4 cups Broccoli slaw
    • 2 1 cup Cranberries (halved)
    • 3 1/4 cup White sugar
    • 4 2 whole Oranges (each segment cut in thirds)
    • 5 4 Green onions (chopped)
    • 6 1 Large Apple (cubed)
    • 7 1/4 cup Salted sunflower seeds
    • 8 1/2 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
    • 9 2 Tablespoons Red wine vinegar

    Directions

    1. 1Mix the halved cranberries and the sugar together, and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
    2. 2After cranberries are sweetened, combine all the salad ingredients together in a salad bowl.
    3. 3In a separate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients together. (yogurt & vinegar). Mix the dressing into the salad.
