    Ingredients

    • 1  (15-oz.) box Pillsbury® Refrigerated Pie Crusts
    • 1  teaspoon flour
    • FILLING
    • 1  cup prepared mincemeat
    • 4  cups peeled, thinly sliced apples
    • 1  cup cranberries, coarsely chopped, well drained
    • 1/2  cup sugar
    • 2  tablespoons flour
    • 1/2  to 3/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
    • 1/4  teaspoon allspice
    • 2  tablespoons butter

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 425°F. Prepare pie crust according to package directions fora two-crust pie.
    2. 2Spoon 1 cup mincemeat in pastry lined pan. In large bowl, combine apples,
    3. 3cranberries, sugar, flour, orange peel and allspice; toss lightly. Spoon
    4. 4over mincemeat layer. Dot with margarine. Top with second crust and
    5. 5flute; cut slits in several places. Bake at 425°F. for 30 to 40 minutes or
    6. 6until apples are tender. Cool at least 1 hour before serving.
