Three ingredients and three steps is all you need to slow-cook this flavorful pork roast - perfect for dinner.

Ingredients

2 1/2
to 3 lb boneless pork shoulder roast, trimmed of fat
1
can (16 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
1
package (1 oz) onion soup mix (from 2-oz box)

Directions

  • 1 In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, place roast. In small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and soup mix; spread over roast.
  • 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours or until pork is tender.
  • 3 Remove pork and cut into slices; serve with sauce.
Tips

Whole berry cranberry sauce makes a prettier sauce but jellied cranberry sauce can be used. Serve broccoli spears and bread stuffing for an easy, tasty meal.
