Three ingredients and less than 10 minutes is all you need to make delicious cranberry-orange butter.

Ingredients

cup butter, softened

tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce

teaspoon grated orange peel

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in cranberry sauce and orange peel.
Tips  

While the mixture is still soft, pipe it into a serving dish for the center of the table, or pipe individual swirls or rosettes as garnishes for each plate. Restaurants often serve pats of butter on ice, but it's easier for guests to spread if you serve it at room temperature.
