    Ingredients

    • 2 1/4 cup cranberry juice
    • 1 box (3 oz) orange gelatin
    • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
    • 3/4 cup orange vodka
    • 1 can (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce

    Directions

    1. 1Lightly spray pie mold with baking spray.
    2. 2In a medium saucepan, bring the cranberry juice and whole cranberry sauce to a boil.
    3. 3Transfer to a medium mixing bowl and pour in the gelatin. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
    4. 4Stir in vodka.
    5. 5Pour into molds. Save a little room for the cranberries. From the bottom of the pan, spoon in the cranberries.
    6. 6Refrigerate. Once firm, carefully remove from molds. If they are hard to remove, dip, (DO NOT submerge) into a pan of warm water.
    7. 7If desired, top with whipped cream and orange zest.
