    Ingredients

    • 1 cup water
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 4 cups (1 12-oz. package) fresh cranberries, rinsed and picked over
    • 6 cups Yoplait vanilla Greek yogurt

    Directions

    1. 1In a medium saucepan over high heat, stir together water and sugar and bring to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    2. 2Carefully add cranberries, taking care not to let the boiling water splatter. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until the cranberries begin to burst.
    3. 3Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate until cool. (The cranberries will thicken as they cool.)
    4. 4When cool, layer the cranberry sauce and Greek yogurt in small serving dishes to make mini-parfaits.
    5. 5(Optional: Top with a pinch of sugar or edible glitter for a "sparkling" touch!)
