Ingredients

(3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2
cup powdered sugar
1/4
cup margarine or butter, softened

teaspoon vanilla
1/4
cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Stir in cranberries. Store in refrigerator.
Tips  

Shape the spread into a log, then refrigerate to firm it up. Before serving, roll the log in minced nuts.

Achieve a similarly lovely pink color but different flavor by making the spread with fresh or frozen raspberries or strawberries in place of the cranberries.
