Cream soups are yummy and just what you need for tasty casseroles and other comfort foods. The good news is that they are really easy to make.

Ingredients

stick of butter
1/2
cup flour

cups soup stock
2
cups milk

Directions

  • 1 Melt the stick of butter in a large pot.
  • 2 Slowly stir in 1/2 cup of flour.
  • 3 Once that is mixed and bubbly, gradually add two cups of stock and then two cups of milk.
  • 4 Warm the combination over medium heat until hot, thick and creamy.
