    Ingredients

    • 1 1/4 cup Honey
    • 2  egg whites
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Directions

    1. 1Too simple for prep!
    2. 2Heat honey in a saucepan, over very low heat, stirring occasionally.
    3. 3In a large bowl, combine egg whites, salt, and vanilla; beat with an electric mixer until the egg whites are stiff, but not dry.
    4. 4Slowly pour honey into the stiffened egg whites, while beating at a low speed.
    5. 5When all honey is combined, crank up the mixer speed to high and beat for 7-10 minutes, or until the mixture has stiffened back up.
    6. 6Frosting can be used on cakes, to top a parfait, over brownies, filling in between cookies or anything else you can imagine!
