    Ingredients

    • 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked spaghetti
    • 1/2 cup salted butter
    • 1/2 cup diced white onion
    • 1/2 cup diced celery
    • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 3 cups chicken broth
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 4 cups cooked turkey (or chicken)

    Directions

    1. 11. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray.
    2. 22. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain.
    3. 33. While pasta is cooking melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic, and sautee for a minute.
    4. 44. Stir in flour. Mix in chicken broth and milk. Cook and stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Stir in about 1 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese, and remove from heat.
    5. 55. Mix chicken broth mixture and turkey with spaghetti and pour into the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven, until surface is lightly browned.
