Create the ultimate dessert-pizza mash-up with six easy ingredients!

Ingredients

Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box

tablespoons butter, melted
Dash cinnamon
1
container (12 oz) cream cheese spread, softened
3/4
cup sugar
1
teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2 Unroll pie crust; place on ungreased 8-inch round pizza pan* or cookie sheet. Crimp edge; poke shallow holes in dough with fork.
  • 3 Brush entire crust with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • 4 Bake about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool at least 10 minutes.
  • 5 Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together cream cheese spread, 1/2 cup of the sugar and the vanilla.
  • 6 Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup sugar evenly over top (use more sugar if you’d like a thicker shell). Holding kitchen torch 3 to 4 inches from top of pizza, caramelize sugar by heating with torch about 2 to 4 minutes, moving flame continuously over sugar in circular motion until sugar is melted and light golden brown. Serve immediately.
Tips  

Don’t have a torch? No worries...you can broil this pizza.

Change it up by adding some flavor to the cream cheese base—maybe use grated lemon peel or an extract of your choice!

*Do not use a glass pizza pan; it cannot withstand the heat from the kitchen torch or broiler and may break.
