Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
  • 3 rounds brie wheels

Egg Wash

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons water

Steps

  • 1
Using a sharp knife, cut out small circles of a standard size brie wheel.
  • 2
Unwrap a triangle of crescent roll and place your mini brie in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching at the top.
  • 3
Brush with an egg wash and throw into a 350°F oven for about 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
  • 4
When the cheese is bubbling out the side (unavoidable) and the dough is gold brown, you're done! Serve while hot with crackers, bread or veggies. Cut the unused brie scraps and offer along with the baked brie.

More About This Recipe

  • There’s no better way to ring in the New Year than with lots of appetizers! And one of my favorites are Crescent-Wrapped Mini Baked Brie. These adorable mini brie bites are oozing with buttery, rich cheese and perfect for spreading on crackers or let’s be serious, popping directly into your mouth with a fork. Or just your hands. I’m the first to admit, baked brie isn’t a new concept. It’s been a go-to party staple for years, but when I saw miniature brie rounds at my local grocer, I did a happy dance. Not all grocers carry the baby bries, but making them out a regular size round is no biggie.
