    Ingredients

    • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Rolls, original
    • 3 rounds brie wheels
    • EGG WASH
    • 2  eggs
    • 2 teaspoons water

    Directions

    1. 1Using a sharp knife, cut out small circles of a standard size brie wheel.
    2. 2Unwrap a triangle of crescent roll and place your mini brie in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching at the top.
    3. 3Brush with an egg wash and throw into a 350 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
    4. 4When the cheese is bubbling out the side (unavoidable) and the dough is gold brown, you’re done! Serve while hot with crackers, bread or veggies. Cut the unused brie scraps and offer along with the baked brie.
