Italian-style bread crumbs bring loads of flavor to this easy-to-make side dish.

Ingredients

Progresso™ Italian style bread crumbs
Grated Parmesan cheese
Butter or margarine, melted
New potatoes, cut into chunks

Directions

  • 1 Mix bread crumbs and cheese (1 part each). Toss potatoes with butter (just enough to coat); toss with bread crumb mixture. Turn into greased shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle any loose bread crumb mixture over top. Bake uncovered at 375°F about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
