    Ingredients

    • 1 tube Pillsbury Simply French Bread
    • 4 ounces cream cheese
    • 1  English cucumber, sliced
    • pinch dried dill
    • pinch salt

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Open the tube of French bread and slice it into 8 pieces. Press into small rounds onto a cookie sheet.
    2. 2Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the pizza rounds are golden brown.
    3. 3Spread a tablespoon or so of cream cheese over each mini pizza. Place several sliced cucumbers on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle with dill and salt.
    4. 4Pack in a brown bag, or enjoy immediately!
