You're only four ingredients and two steps away from this sweet and tangy, fat-free dressing. Great over roasted veggies, fresh spinach leaves or even fresh fruit.

Ingredients

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients.
  • 2 Store covered in refrigerator.
Tips  

Curry powder is actually a blend of up to 20 ground spices, herbs and seeds. Authentic Indian curry powder is freshly ground each day and varies depending on the region and the cook.

If you're concerned about sodium, start with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Taste dressing, and add more salt if desired.
