Crab meat patties made easily over stovetop - for dinner that’s ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

1/2
cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4
cup chopped green onions
1/4
cup nonfat plain yogurt
1
tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1
teaspoon dry mustard
1/4
to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1
tablespoon lemon juice
1
egg, beaten
1
(8-oz.) pkg. frozen imitation crabmeat (surimi), thawed, finely chopped, or 1 (6-oz.) can crabmeat, drained, flaked

teaspoon oil

Directions

  • 1 In large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; mix well. Shape mixture into 16 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • 2 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add patties; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown, turning after 3 minutes.
