I did it with a mixture of special K and rice krispies and it was amazing! I did add some cayenne to the dry mix for some spice and we loved it.

I know this defeats the purpose but my husband and I replaced the fiber cereal with bread crumbs because we didn't have any of the cereal, and it was delicious.

You can taste the Fiber One in the chicken. The flavors were good but the fiber taste made it not super.
