Ingredients

  • 1  roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated oatmeal chocolate chip or chocolate chip cookies
  • 1  cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1  tablespoon shortening

Directions

  1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. On ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart.
  2. 2Bake 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely.
  3. 3Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring constantly. Dip half of each cookie into melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
