A bottle of Pinot Grigio, ginger ale, orange juice and fresh blueberries are all you need to make our DIY Wine Coolers. They're the perfect way to toast the day.

Ingredients

1
bottle (750 ml) Pinot Grigio
2
cups chilled ginger ale
1/4
cup orange juice
1/4
cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  • 1 In pitcher, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
Tips

You can serve this cooler in tall glasses over ice instead of in wine flutes.

Pinot Grigio, also known as Pinot Gris, is a light, crisp, dry white wine that works perfectly for a wine cooler.

Having a party? Double or triple the recipe and mix in a large pitcher or container.

Swap out blueberries for raspberries, if desired.
