No cooking required! Delicious Italian-style bruschettas made with two types of cheese to serve a group - ready in only 15 minutes!

Ingredients

2
ounces feta cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)
1
package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
18
toasted baguette slices, about 1/4 inch thick
18
marinated Kalamata or Greek olives, pitted and sliced
9
cherry tomatoes, sliced

Directions

  • 1 Mix feta cheese and cream cheese; spread on baguette slices.
  • 2 Top with olives and tomatoes.
Tips

Look for already toasted baguette slices at your grocery store. Or use snack toast, crackers, bagel chips or bagel bites.

Spread cream cheese on toasted bread. Top with julienne strips of sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil and herbs, drained. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts. Spread mascarpone cheese on toasted bread. Top with dried cranberries, crumbled dried rosemary leaves and a dash of ground cardamom.
