Yoplait® Greek is the start of an irresistible dip for our favorite doughnut holes.

Ingredients

Doughnut Holes

Oil for deep frying
1
can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers or Homestyle refrigerated Honey Butter biscuits

Dip

1
container (5.3 oz) Yoplait® Greek 100 protein lemon yogurt
1/4
cup powdered sugar
Grated peel of 1 small lemon
1
tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  • 1 In deep fat fryer or deep heavy saucepan, heat 2 to 3 inches oil to 350°F.
  • 2 Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Using small round cookie cutter, cut 3 holes out of each biscuit.
  • 3 Gently place 3 or 4 doughnut holes in hot oil. Fry on one side until golden brown. Gently turn with tongs; fry other side until golden brown. Place on cooling rack; cool 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 4 To make dip, place yogurt in small bowl. Stir in powdered sugar, lemon peel and juice. If desired, garnish with additional lemon peel. Serve doughnut holes with dip.

Tips

If you can’t find Yoplait® Greek 100 protein lemon yogurt, use vanilla and add the grated peel of an extra small lemon.

It’s easy to adapt this to your favorite flavor by using your favorite Yoplait® Greek 100 protein yogurt. Omit the lemon juice and grated peel and replace with 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite extract!
