Ingredients

cans (21 oz each) caramel apple pie filling and topping
1
pouch Betty Crocker™ oatmeal cookie mix
1/2
cup butter, melted

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2 Spoon caramel apple filling evenly in baking dish.
  • 3 In large bowl, stir cookie mix and melted butter until crumbly.
  • 4 Sprinkle cookie mixture over caramel apple filling.
  • 5 Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and topping is golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve warm.
Tips  

Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.

Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts to cookie topping.
