Like a lot of cooks, you probably tweak recipes slightly to suit your family's tastes and diets. A little extra spice here... sub low-fat sour cream there...

Spray grocery bag with non stick cooking spray. Put puffcorn in grocery bag
Melt brown sugar, syrup, and butter in microwave (about 30 seconds). Stir. Return to microwave for 2 minutes on high.
Stir in baking soda
Pour carmel over puffcorn in bag, roll down the top and shake.
Microwave for 1.5 minutes.
Shake bag and microwave again for 1.5 minutes
Pour into a bowl and stir until cooled.
