These super-easy three-ingredient bonbons are delicious and guilt-free thanks to Yoplait® Greek 100 protein yogurt.

Ingredients

containers (5.3 oz each) Yoplait® Greek 100 protein strawberry yogurt
1
cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)

tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

  • 1 Spoon yogurt into medium bowl; place in freezer. Freeze about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until firm.
  • 2 Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Scoop frozen yogurt by cookie scoop or heaping rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet (about 16). Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  • 3 In 1 cup microwave-safe measuring cup, microwave chocolate chips and oil uncovered on High in 30 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until smooth.
  • 4 Using a fork, dip frozen yogurt balls into chocolate mixture. Let excess chocolate drip off before placing back on cookie sheet.
  • 5 Store frozen bonbons in airtight container in freezer. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before eating.

Tips  

Use any flavor of Yoplait® Greek 100 protein yogurt you like for this. Mixed berry, vanilla, Boston cream pie, coconut, black cherry, banana caramel or strawberry cheesecake would be awesome variations!

Store any leftover chocolate in a microwavable container to remelt later for topping ice cream!
