Easy Chocolate Fudge with Pecans

This is a winner any time of the year, but especially during the holiday season. This fudge recipe is easy to make and has a lovely creamy chocolate flavor 48

Ingredients

1
jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
1 1/2
cups sugar
2/3
cup evaporated milk
1/4
cup butter
1/4
teaspoon salt
2
cups milk chocolate chips
1
cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2
cup pecans, chopped
1
teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • 1 Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper and set aside.
  • 2 In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallow creme, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • 3 Remove pan from heat and add milk chocolate and semisweet chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Add nuts and vanilla.
  • 4 Pour into baking pan. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours, or until firmly set.
