In large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold in yolks and honey; mix well. Stir in milk, rum extract, vanilla and cinnamon. Refrigerate. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream; pour into large pitcher or punch bowl. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
