My fruit salad contains cubed canaloupe, halved red seedless grapes, cubed pineapple, sliced strawberries, sliced kiwis, cubed red apple, blueberries. I mix in a couple heaping tablespoons of mayo and about 1/4 cup of honey and as much ground hot red pepper as you like, mix together and chill til ready to serve. Its amazing on a summer day. Cool and refreshing with a bit of a bite from the red pepper.
