    Heat oven to 350°F.

    On ungreased cookie sheets, place cookie dough rounds about 2 inches apart. Lightly press about 1/4 teaspoon chopped ginger on top of each cookie dough round.

    Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Cool 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

    In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High in 20-second intervals until chips can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
