Try this easy hearty soup made with ham, navy beans and veggies. Add crusty bread or a salad, and dinner is ready in about half an hour!

Ingredients

2
cans (15 oz each) navy or great northern beans, drained, rinsed
1 1/2
cups diced cooked ham
1
medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2
cup chopped carrots
1/2
cup chopped celery
1 1/2
teaspoons Tuscan seasoning
1
carton (32 oz) Progresso™ reduced sodium chicken broth

Directions

  • 1 In 3-quart saucepan, mash 1 can of the beans with fork or potato masher. Stir in remaining can of beans and remaining ingredients.
  • 2 Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low, and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Tips

Try using chopped cooked chicken in place of the ham.

One teaspoon Italian seasoning can be substituted for the Tuscan seasoning.
