In 2-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, mustard, reserved pineapple liquid, pepper and lemon juice. Microwave on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes until thickened, stirring once. Stir in reserved pineapple; microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until hot.
