I have made this using equal parts of shrimp cocktail sauce and grape jelly as the sauce for the little smokies. It sounds really disgusting but it is really good!

I hadn't had Lil' Smokies in years! I had a craving when I saw them in the grocery store, and had to find a recipe for the sauce. I had never made them before, so I wasn't sure what was in the sauce. (I was really young when my grandma would make them.) This was the perfect recipe! I used Bullseye Steak House BBQ sauce. Very tasty! I would definitely make these again!
