Easy Mint Chocolate is a fun and easy recipe I like to make with my grandchildren. It allows them to create something beautiful and tasty at the same time.

Like a lot of cooks, you probably tweak recipes slightly to suit your family's tastes and diets. A little extra spice here... sub low-fat sour cream there...
When you create your own version of a Tablespoon.com recipe, you're doing the same thing. The only difference? You're recording your changes.
So next time you want to make that chicken parmesan everybody loved so much, you'll be able to view exactly what you changed. Plus, you can share your recipe so others can try it too.
Pretty nifty, huh?

Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil so foil extends over ends of pan. Place each color candy melts in separate glass measuring cup or jar. Microwave each candy on HIGH for 90 seconds, stirring to mix after each 30-second interval. If not completely melted, microwave each cup for an additional 30 seconds or until completely melted.
Drizzle warm candy into foil-lined pan; create swirls and designs in warm candy with fingers, spoons or flat wooden sticks with round ends. When desired design is achieved, tap pan until candy is uniform thickness. Sprinkle peppermint candy over top. Place pan in freezer for about 4 minutes or until completely set.
Remove candy from pan by lifting foil; remove foil. Break candy into 2-inch random pieces.
