    Ingredients

    • 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ fire roasted tomato cooking sauce
    • 8 ounce ricotta cheese
    • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
    • 8 ounce Italian cheese blend
    • 4 ounce sliced pepperoni
    • 1 dash salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. 1Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. 2Mix together the ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Layer at the bottom of a baking dish (8-x-8 or you can do small individual ones).
    3. 3Next, add the Progresso Fire Roasted Tomato Recipe Starter on top of the ricotta layer.
    4. 4Sprinkle the Italian cheese blend on top of the tomato layer.
    5. 5Add the pepperoni on top of the cheese layer.
    6. 6Bake for 30-35 minutes until hot all the way through and cheese is bubbling.
    7. 7Serve with bread sticks or pita bread.
