Ingredients

  • 1  (18-oz.) pkg. carrot cake mix with pudding
  • 1  cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4  cup margarine or butter, melted
  • 1  egg
  • 1  (16-oz.) can cream cheese ready-to-spread frosting
  • 36  candy pumpkins

Directions

  1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, combine cake mix, pumpkin, margarine and egg; stir until well combined. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  2. 2Bake at 350°F. for 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and set in center. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Cool 15 minutes or until completely cooled.
  3. 3Frost cooled cookies with cream cheese frosting. Press 1 candy pumpkin onto each cookie.
