Party appetizers don’t get any easier than this for game day or hanging with friends!
Looking for a perfect party time appetizer? Something a little bit spicy, a little bit exotic and with a little bite? I totally get it.
It seems game day eats are limited to three options: slow cooker dip stuff, buffalo wing stuff and popcorn-y mix stuff. And, while I’m a massive fan of all of the above, sometimes you want to elevate your sense of tasty style.
Enter these super simple, sinfully delish, totally foodie-approved Easy Thai Peanut Chicken Bites. Just three basic ingredients and you can whip up a batch. Your mouth has never had it so good!
Head to the grocery store and hunt down an all-new package of The Good Table™ Crunchy Thai Peanut Sauce & Crust.
Speaking of which, for this recipe, you’ll need chicken. Now, a package of this stuff normally coats 3-4 chicken breasts, but since we’re aiming for smaller bites, two chicken breasts diced into 3/4-inch cubes are perfect.
To make these appetizers, all you have to do is dip uncooked cubes of chicken into the included packet of sauce, then roll them in the toasty peanut crumb mixture.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook just until the chicken is cooked through, about 13 minutes or so.
You’ll end up with this glorious pan of crisp-tender chicken bites just waiting to be dipped into Thai peanut sauce. Nab a bottle of the prepared stuff to make your life extra-easy. Pour in a bowl and serve it on the side for dipping.
Toothpicks optional. Though I happen to adore the simplicity of serving this quick app without utensils.
I also happen to simply adore this dish – especially set out for a game-day crowd!
