Easy Thai Peanut Chicken Bites

Yummy peanut sauce coats chicken bites that are rolled in crunchy bits and baked to crispy perfection. A great recipe for game day, snacking and every party under the sun.

Ingredients

1
package The Good Table™ Crunchy Thai Peanut Sauce and Crust Mix for Chicken
2
large skinless, boneless chicken breasts, uncooked, diced into 3/4-inch cubes
3/4
cup prepared Thai peanut sauce

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400º F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2 Open The Good Table™ mix package, placing the sauce mix from the package into one large bowl and the crust mix from the package to another bowl.
  • 3 Dip chicken cubes into the sauce mix, then dredge in the crust mix. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all cubes are coated and placed on the baking sheet. Discard any remaining sauce mix and crust mix.
  • 4 Bake for 13-16 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve immediately with the prepared Thai peanut sauce on the side for dipping.

Tender chicken chunks get a dunk in peanut sauce and crunchy crumbs for a tasty party snack.

As prepared by Cheeky Kitchen,

Party appetizers don’t get any easier than this for game day or hanging with friends!

Looking for a perfect party time appetizer? Something a little bit spicy, a little bit exotic and with a little bite? I totally get it.

It seems game day eats are limited to three options: slow cooker dip stuff, buffalo wing stuff and popcorn-y mix stuff. And, while I’m a massive fan of all of the above, sometimes you want to elevate your sense of tasty style.

Enter these super simple, sinfully delish, totally foodie-approved Easy Thai Peanut Chicken Bites. Just three basic ingredients and you can whip up a batch. Your mouth has never had it so good!

Head to the grocery store and hunt down an all-new package of The Good Table™ Crunchy Thai Peanut Sauce & Crust.

Speaking of which, for this recipe, you’ll need chicken. Now, a package of this stuff normally coats 3-4 chicken breasts, but since we’re aiming for smaller bites, two chicken breasts diced into 3/4-inch cubes are perfect.

To make these appetizers, all you have to do is dip uncooked cubes of chicken into the included packet of sauce, then roll them in the toasty peanut crumb mixture.

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook just until the chicken is cooked through, about 13 minutes or so.

Toothpicks optional. Though I happen to adore the simplicity of serving this quick app without utensils.
