Bisquick Heart Smart® recipe! Whip up a delicious and comforting main-dish pie using leftover turkey and what's on hand.

Ingredients

1
cup frozen mixed vegetables
1
cup cut-up cooked turkey
1/2
cup canned condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
1/4
cup canned condensed chicken broth
1/2
cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
1/8
teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/3
cup fat-free (skim) milk

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. In ungreased 1-quart casserole, stir together vegetables, turkey, soup and broth. Microwave on High 3 minutes; stir.
  • 2 In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over turkey mixture (crust will rise during baking).
  • 3 Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
Tips

Mixed greens tossed with mandarin orange segments and a fat-free vinaigrette makes a healthful side for pot pie.

For another meal, mix the leftover cream soup and broth; toss in leftover veggies and cooked rice or pasta, then heat for a hearty soup meal.
