Easy White Chicken Flatbreads

Ingredients

Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch)
1
pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy Parmesan basil cooking sauce
2
cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
1 1/2
cups diced cooked chicken

Toppings, If Desired

Diced plum (Roma) tomatoes
Sliced green onions
Cooked crumbled bacon

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Place tortillas on 2 ungreased large cookie sheets. Bake 5 minutes.
  • 2 Mix cooking sauce and 1 cup of the cheese.
  • 3 Spread slightly less than 1/4 cup sauce mixture over each tortilla. Top with 1/4 cup of the chicken and remaining cheese.
  • 4 Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Cut into wedges.
